Currently, psychological problems, ideological problems and problems of social adaptation of students in China are relevant. The problems of adaptation and development of the personality of female students are to some extent directly related to the education of universities: low orientation of education without taking into account the individual characteristics of female students, insufficiently deep development of important questions about female students and low effectiveness of training due to the uniformity of the curriculum in universities. Thus, we offer an effective model for the development of the personality of female students: firstly, it is necessary to train female students in image and etiquette in various aspects in order to develop their moral character, etiquette and politeness. Secondly, it is especially important to develop the personal qualities of female students so that they have the right worldview and a healthy human personality. Thirdly, to conduct a variety of activities in accordance with the characteristics of female students to cultivate their positive traits.
