Abstract
The article is devoted to the organization of an internal system for assessing the quality of education through anonymous questionnaires in the era of digitalization and the formation of a digital environment in the field of education. In general, digitalization in education is an irreversible factor that affects both educational and organizational processes. The digital transformation of the educational system is "supported" by the implementation of a number of state programs and measures aimed at providing the education sector with high-quality conditions for the formation of a digital environment. The study also analyzed the Priority 2030 program from the point of view of the quality control component of education, which is one of the key factors in the implementation of educational services. The practical experience of using electronic anonymous questionnaire on the basis of FGBOU VO "KNRTU" from the point of view of data analytics is presented. The positive dynamics of the practice of implementing computer questionnaires in terms of increasing data and response from students is presented. The main advantages of the digital questionnaire format are determined, which determines the degree of students' perception of the educational process from the point of view of the training of the teaching staff and reflects the key criteria of the quality indicator, such as: the level of anti-corruption education, equipment of the material and technical base, information openness of the university.
