The issues of one of the types of administrative and legal regimes of state control (supervision) - temporary regimes are considered. Temporary regimes of state control (supervision) operating at the present stage are determined. The procedure for implementing the moratorium as a temporary regime of state control (supervision) is analyzed. The goals and objectives of the Experiment on the introduction of a remote control system of industrial safety are revealed. The issue of the implementation of state control (supervision) in the implementation of experimental legal regimes is considered. The conclusion is made about the independence of temporary regimes of state control (supervision) and their effectiveness.
