The article discusses the main features and forms of administrative response acts adopted based on the results of control and supervisory activities. Several approaches to understanding the administrative response act adopted based on the results of control and supervisory activities are analyzed. The author comes to the conclusion that the administrative acts of response adopted by the results of control and supervisory activities are a type of administrative acts, however, they have specific features. Based on the identified features, the author's definition of the term «administrative response act adopted based on the results of control and supervisory activities» is proposed.
