| The article discusses the changes in the legislation on state secrets that come into force on February 1, 2024. The key idea of such novelties is to improve the legal mechanism for access to information constituting a state secret. Of exceptional importance are the new rules governing the possibility for an informed person to obtain a special permit for a short-term trip outside the Russian Federation during the period of individual restriction of such a right. |
