The article is devoted to the issues of legal regulation of the creation and use of official works in the Republic of Belarus. The conditions for recognizing a work as-officiall and the peculiarities of the relationship between the employee and the employer in the process of creating an official work, including issues related to the payment of remuneration to the employee, are considered. Recommendations are given for the formation of local regulations of the employer on the creation and use of official works.
