The article is devoted to the study of issues related to the modern organization and activities of government agencies implementing policies in the field of blood donation and (or) its components. The organization of blood donation and (or) its components is important for citizens, since it is aimed at saving and restoring human life and health, while the state, establishing this type of medical activity, establishes important rules and requirements in the form of various normative legal acts. In addition, the general state of legal regulation of blood donation and (or) its components is analyzed, as well as the role and importance of administrative procedures in this area. A separate place in the article is devoted to the system and powers of state bodies responsible for policy development in the established field of activity.
