This article analyzes foreign experience in terms of traffic safety requirements for couriers using bicycles with an electric motor, including the study of approaches to minimizing unfair practices. The opinion is expressed on the expediency of applying positive foreign experience, as well as the implementation of existing initiatives regarding the safety requirements for couriers using bicycles with an electric motor, which will contribute to ensuring the safety of delivery by couriers of parcels and small goods in Russia.
