The article discusses current issues of legal regulation of legal regulation of the control activities of municipal bodies of people's representation. The author proves the point of view that the control activities of the deputy corps are the object of organizational and legal risks from the point of view of the following circumstances: on the one hand, a system of organizational relations should not develop in a municipality in which all orders, instructions, instructions, regulations and initiatives without exception would come personally from the head of the municipality; on the other hand, the deputy corps should not perceive itself as a “leader” over the local administration in the public-administrative sense. The municipal people's representative office is legally controlled and accountable to executive and administrative activities, but not so much as to directly interfere with the management process and replace the competence of the heads of municipalities and local administrations.
