The conducted research has shown that the majority of Russian public jointstock companies engaged in sanatorium and resort activities have been trying to implement a conservative approach in the implementation of the company's financial policy over the past five years. The shortage of medical personnel, obsolescence of fixed assets and excessive diversification of maim activities create additional legal, including criminal, risks that reduce the investment attractiveness of Russian sanatorium-resort facilities.
