The application of artificial intelligence in China is of a nationwide nature, advanced technologies allow solving personnel, structural, organizational problems of the judicial system. However, the potential risks of such application are already manifested in the present reality. The article reveals the peculiarities of the Chinese legal system, the specifics of the implementation of justice with the use of artificial intelligence, outlines possible models of strengthening the role of precedent due to the use of artificial intelligence.
