| A comparative evaluation of phenoloxidase activity of micromycetes Trichoderma viride Pers. BKM F-1117 and Trichoderma lignorum (Tode) Harz. T 90 has been carried out at their growth on liquid nutrient media with addition of oak sawdust, fungicide benomyl and ethanol. It has been shown that phenoloxidase activity of both micromycetes varies in a similar way: it increases with the addition of sawdust or ethanol, and decreases when benomyl is added. |
