| Economic and organizational conditions for the creation and development of consolidated business groups are considered. Even before the open privatization of state property, high-ranking officials began to privatize some parts of it that were under their control. This was the beginning of consolidated business groups that have consequently turned into informal financial groups connected with shadowy financial relations. |
