Certain terrorism prevention issues have not found adequate solution at the international level. The main problem is that at the moment no specific norm exists for adopting one or another legal regime in respect to the practice of assassination or abduction of assumed terrorists. At the same time, some states more and more often resort to such methods of terrorism prevention. Thus, the problem requires legal regulation at the international level because it affects the interests of many different subjects of international law.
