Abstract
New catalytic systems for oxidation of СО to СО2 have been investigated by physico-chemical methods (TGA, XRPA, IR, and XRFA). The systems contain composite coatings obtained by gas-phase thermolysis of transitional metal acetylacetonates on synthetic foamed ceramics. Phase and elemental composition of catalysts has been studied. Oxygen of synthetic foamed ceramics crystal lattice has been shown to take part in catalytic oxidation of CO.
