| Taking as an example a time-sharing queuing system for servicing conflict flows of varying structure with readjustments it is demonstrated that the averaging of the external random environment's influence should be taken into account to effectively apply iterative majorant method for obtaining the conditions for stationary mode existence. New conditions for the stationary mode existence are proved. |
