The equations for a mathematical model of deformation and destruction of low-plastic hetero-resistant media under the action of dynamic loads have been presented. The model includes three ultimate surfaces dependent on three invariants of the stress tensor: a plasticity medium surface (plastic potential) with a partial damage of the structure, a destruction surface and a plasticity medium surface with a complete failure of structural strength. The model has been verified by comparing the calculation data with the full-scale experimental results on the penetration of rigid strikers into concrete obstacles. The analysis of the numerical simulation has revealed a number of peculiarities of impact interaction between rigid strikers and concrete obstacles as a function of the impact conditions.
