| The conflict in Northern Ireland was caused by the territorial dispute between the United Kingdom and the Republic of Ireland. However, in the course of almost a century-long history of the island's division, and especially during the forty-year history of so-called «problems», a number of other actors were involved in the conflict. Main actors that have taken part in the settlement of the conflict at the present stage are considered. |
