A bioadequate kinetic model of antioxidant testing has been developed and its results are presented. The optimum
composition of system components has been chosen by studying micelle formation and catalytic oxidation
kinetics of water-lipid substrates. The oxidation kinetics has been studied of copper(II) coordination compounds with
