| An analysis is presented of the notions «realization» and «sale». The position of sale is determined as that of one
of the stages in the realization of property. The author explains the system of contractual relations, i.e. the procedure
for realization of the arrested property in accordance with the Federal Laws «On court enforcement officers» and «On
enforcement proceedings» and other acts. The subjects of this system and their functions are specified. |
