| The problem of establishing a system of organs for judicial constitutional supervision in the Russian Federation
is considered. Some arguments in favor of the Statutory Court in the Nizhni Novgorod region are given, based on the
positive experience of existing constitutional courts (or statutory courts) in other regions of the Russian Federation.
Main provisions of the proposed Law on the Statutory Court of the Nizhni Novgorod region are presented. |
