| The paper is devoted to the artistic embodiment of the epistemological problem which is important in relation to
the special subgenre of Russian literature of the second part of the 19-th and of the 20-th century first created by
Dostoevsky in 1864. The writers metaphysical crisis included Dostoevskys affirmation: If somebody could prove
me that the Truth was outside Christ I would prefer to stay with Christ not with the Truth. Our long-lasting investigation
