| Adaptive changes of the vegetative status of Arzamas schoolchildren in the dynamics of training under conditions
of two health-saving technologies of training have been studied. The gender approach has been found to be
more promotive to the reduction of stress in the systems of vegetative regulation of functions than addition of motion
