Coordination of goods production and shipment process has a favourable effect on the functioning of the whole
economic system of an enterprise. In fact, this contributes to forming the preconditions for minimizing labour, material
and other resources in the process of product sales. The dynamic model of coordination of goods production and
sale process proposed in this article makes it possible to combine the stability of goods production with a flexible
reaction to sale structure while maintaining optimum product stocks.
