This article consider the questions of relevance of working out and introduction of financial strategy on the base
of innovative technology in corporations of oil- processing industry. Author analyze necessity of financing of scientific
and technical working`- outs in Russia at example of oil branch. The article contains an analyse of actual level
of development of this branch of business, also investigation of perspectiv`s of progress and substantination of relevance
of financial management reformation in oil refinery corporations.
