The composition of the binary phase of variable capacity is shown to affect the retention time of impurity components.
The effect is increased with lowering the separation temperature or with increasing the volume of ethanol sample
introduced into the column. The binary phase of variable capacity formed by ethyl alcohol and the stationary liquid
phase FFAP has a higher polarity compared with the individual stationary liquid phase. |
