| The results of an anonymous questionnaire survey of students have been summarized. The students had to answer
a number of questions concerning the level of their satisfaction with the process of provision of educational
services in the university. The procedure of students polling can be considered one of the most important elements
in the universitys self-evaluation, since the analysis of the data makes it possible to bring to light eventual problems
and to outline the ways for improving the educational process in order to ensure a higher quality of training. |
