| Bonded loans as an investment activity, which is quite new on the Russian credit market, are considered. Characteristics
of bonds and bonded loans are presented along with statistical data characterizing the state of bonded borrowings
in construction industry; positive and negative sides of the bonded loans from the point of view of the issuer
are discussed. |
