This article deals with the role of cognition in the structure of professional attitudes of public transport drivers.
The cognitive component is regarded in the form of characteristic features of drivers understanding of their professional duties. These features were found by studying drivers answers with the use of the content analysis method. It
was found out that their view of their occupation as one that is beneficial for the society has a positive effect on their
professional attitudes. |
