| The authors propose to use university graduates' readiness to independent employment as a complex indicator of their actualization. It is especially important to take account of actualization because of the insufficiency of the training and educational mechanisms for the process of professional personhood achievement in modern conditions. Results of research of the V.G. Shukhov Belgorod State Technological University graduates' readiness to independent employment are presented. |
