The effect of millisecond pulsed electron-beam irradiation has been studied on the composition of surface layers, structure, topography and mechanical properties of Cu50Ni50 foils depending on the pulse length. It has been found out that concentration heterogeneities are formed in ultra-thin subsurface layers, and certain changes occur in foil microcrystal structure and mechanical properties depending on the pulse length. |
