Title of Article

The present article is an attempt to consider the concepts of justice proposed in A Theory of Justice by John Rawls (Harvard, 1971) and the criticism of this concept presented by Jurgen Habermas. This constructive criticism allows the reader to understand in a more full and correct manner the sense of one of the most reasonable political concepts of the present.

Abstract
