Abstract
A mobile experimental set-up is described which is designed to investigate low-frequency noise of radioelectronic devices in EMI shielded rooms as well as in field conditions. The composition and features of the equipment used, the measuring procedure and experimental data processing are discussed. Unit design-in solutions and approaches have made it possible to measure the low-frequency noise of a low-barrier Schottky diode with delta-doping at zero bias.
