Abstract
Diffusion processes have been considered of low-molecular weight organic additives in thin films of the organic semiconductor on the basis of vanadyl phthalocyanine. An original method to determine the constants for diffusion processes has been proposed. Patterns in diffusion processes of molecular additives and their constants have been determined at doping organic semi-conductor films of vanadyl phthalocyanine in a layered structure.
