| Regulatory and legal acts for education are analyzed in the context of their compliance with the Bologna declaration. Proposals to improve regulatory and legal basis for education are presented for successful participation of Russian higher education institutions in the Bologna process. The Bologna process is considered as one of the most important instruments for reforming Russian higher education system. |
