Abstract
The mathematical model based on the shallow shell theory equations has been defined more precisely. The initial imperfections have been found to result in interaction between shell flexural and radial vibrations. The flexural frequency spectrum is slightly split, and the fundamental frequency decreases as compared with the perfect shell case. Skeleton curves of the shell with initial imperfections are of the «mild» type.
