Tellurite glass samples have been obtained as a result of joint plasma-chemical oxidation of tellurium and
tungsten chlorides in a stream of argon and oxygen under HF capacitive discharge. Regimes of calcination and subsequent
vitrification of amorphous plasma chemical precipitation have been found by thermogravimetric analysis.
The composition of gas and condensed phases has been specified in compliance with experimental data on the basis
of the chemical nonequilibrium plasma model. A procedure has also been worked out to calculate supersaturation for
further macrokinetic analysis of chemical condensation from low-temperature plasma. |
