We discuss the methodology for evaluating postgraduate training in the field of exact and natural sciences. The
concept of effectiveness is analyzed in the context of evaluation of educational, scientific and technological activities.
A system of indicators of postgraduate training effectiveness, a model and an algorithm for calculating a specialized
ranking of Ph.D. programs are proposed and validated. |
