| The results of the investigation into the genetic structure of the population in three Gomel region districts with
respect to the genes controlling АВ0 blood groups are presented. Allele frequency calculation methods allowing the
estimation of population structure parameters are described. The genetic structure of the analyzed populations is
shown to be practically the same which suggests the population gene pool consolidation in three densely populated
southeast districts of Belarus. |
