The change of cancer-testis gene mRNAs spectrum in blood of colorectal cancer patients during 5-7 days after
tumor resection has been demonstrated. From 1 to 3 cancer-testis mRNAs were detected in patient blood before the
resection, and the detection of XAGE mRNA prevailed. An increase in different forms of cancer-testis mRNAs was
found in the blood of the same patients after resection, SSX mRNA being detected more frequently. |
