We investigated the content of soluble major histocompatibility class I molecules (sHLA-I) and the level HLA-I+
of mononuclear cells in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in various biological media. As the
chronic obstructive pulmonary disease progresses, the sHLA-I level in the blood serum, induced phlegm and expired
air condensate increases against the background of the decrease in HLA-I+ blood mononuclear cells. |
