Abstract
The analysis of antioxidant enzymes and glutation rate in chloroplasts under the influence of high temperature, exogenous hydrogen peroxide and the herbicide Paraquat have been performed. Antioxidant activity was shown to be increased in excluding enzyme biosynthesis conditions. Decreasing glutationreductase activity was determined. It has been suggested that there are many different ways in which the chloroplasts?? antioxidant system may respond to different abiotic factors.
