Abstract
A method to detect 2 forms of human interleukin-2 receptor alpha-chain mRNA in tumor cells has been developed. It is shown that the classical form mRNA and the form with the 4th exon deletion are present in tumor cells of colorectal cancer patients in 92% of cases (in 47 patients out of 51).
