| Seven alternative forms and 15 different spectra of Fas mRNA molecule have been revealed in the tumor cells of
colorectal cancer patients. Tumor cells of colorectal cancer stage III patients have not shown the presence of Fas
mRNA molecule with the deletion of exon 5, and in those of stage IV patients, Fas mRNA molecule with the deletion
of exon 4 has not been detected . |
