Abstract
In the experiments with adult male rats, the state of the blood coagulation process was estimated by the thromboelastographic method. High doses of heparin (500 and 5000 IU/kg) have been shown to have differently directed influence on the TEG indices depending on the time after the bonus injection, and the blood does not coagulate in an hour after injecting a 5000 IU/kg dose of heparin.
