Abstract
The impact of low-intensity visible light of various spectral bands on the activity of rat cardiovascular system was investigated after simulation of myocardial ischemia in situ. Fiber-delivered red light modified the parameters of the hearts electrical activity and the activity of lipid peroxidation processes in the myocardium tissues. A significant difference between the effects of laser light and wideband light was observed.
