The rationale for the establishment of Human Resources management function in an innovative university is considered.
The methodological foundation for an adequate model of HR function is defined: the type of organizational culture
and the concept of human resources management. Relevant areas of the HR function are proposed: forming a
pool of candidates; developing a motivation scheme for research and teaching staff; professional development of research
and teaching staff; management of the universitys organizational culture. |
