Abstract
Features of methyl methacrylate and styrene polymerization in the presence of the initiating systems based on carbon tetrachloride and tetrahydrofuranates of pentacarbonyl tungsten-tin dichloride and pentacarbonyl chromium- tin dichloride at 80° C have been analyzed. The influence of the metal complexes on molecular-weight characteristics of synthesized polymers as well as on the rate of polymerization and conversion has been studied.
