The process of carbon tetrafluoride deep purification by flat sheet gas separation membranes has been studied.
The membranes used were made from copolymers of polydemethilsiloxane and polydiphenilsiloxane, and from
poly[1-(trimethylsilyl)-1-propine]. The values of permeability have been measured for the following gases and their
mixtures: CF4, CHF3, CF3Cl, CF2ClH, CF2Cl2, CF2ClBr, C2F5Cl, HF, SF6, C2H4, He, Ar, N2, CO2, H2O. The values
of ideal and real selectivities have been calculated. |
