Abstract
The process of carbon tetrafluoride deep purification by flat sheet gas separation membranes has been studied. The membranes used were made from copolymers of polydemethilsiloxane and polydiphenilsiloxane, and from poly[1-(trimethylsilyl)-1-propine]. The values of permeability have been measured for the following gases and their mixtures: CF4, CHF3, CF3Cl, CF2ClH, CF2Cl2, CF2ClBr, C2F5Cl, HF, SF6, C2H4, He, Ar, N2, CO2, H2O. The values of ideal and real selectivities have been calculated.
