Abstract
For solving the linear inverse gravimetric problem on restoration of a variable density in a layer, regular parallel iterative algorithms have been numerically realized on the multiprocessor system MVS-1000 and graphic processors (NVIDIA video cards). For solving the model gravimetric problem and the gravimetric problem with real gravitational data, the comparison has been carried out of the execution time for the parallel algorithms on NVIDIA video accelerators GeForce and MVS-1000 with the analysis of efficiency and acceleration.
